76ers 123, Bulls 108
PHILADELPHIA -- Allen Iverson scored a season-high 46 points in his return to the lineup as Philadelphia led all the way to snap a four-game losing streak. Iverson missed two games earlier this week after surgery to remove an abscessed wisdom tooth. Willie Green scored 16 of his 20 points in the second quarter and Andre Iguodala followed a triple-double in his last game with 19 points and seven rebounds. Luol Deng scored 28 points for the Bulls.
Magic 107, Heat 104
MIAMI -- Grant Hill scored 24 points, including a jumper with 28 seconds left, and Orlando beat slumping Miami. Dwight Howard had 23 points and 12 rebounds for the Magic, who improved to 9-4, sent the Heat to a third straight loss and moved 4 1/2 games ahead of the defending NBA champions in the Southeast Division. Dwyane Wade had 33 points and a career-high 15 assists for injury-depleted Miami, which fell to 4-8 and is just 2-5 at home. The Heat were outscored 19-2 when Wade wasn't on the floor, and that was only a total of 5 minutes, 3 seconds.
Nuggets 140, Warriors 129
DENVER -- J.R. Smith scored 31 points and made four 3-pointers as Denver set a league high for points in a game this season in its fourth straight victory. It's the most points the Nuggets have scored since a 140-122 win over Sacramento on March 29, 1991. Carmelo Anthony had 30 points and seven assists. He's now scored 30 or more in eight of his last nine games. Andris Biedrins finished with 10 rebounds and a career-high 31 points for the Warriors, who were without Baron Davis. The star guard didn't make the trip because of a strained muscle in his ribs. Matt Barnes had 21 points for the Warriors. Earl Boykins had 10 assists and 17 points for the Nuggets.
Timberwolves 86, Hornets 79
OKLAHOMA CITY -- Ricky Davis scored 23 points and Minnesota used a 15-2 fourth-quarter run to hand New Orleans its first home loss of the season. The Hornets, who had won their first four at home including the season opener in New Orleans, scored the first seven points of the fourth quarter to erase a 66-60 deficit, but the Timberwolves responded with their big run to take control for good. Kevin Garnett had 18 points and 16 rebounds for the Timberwolves. Chris Paul scored 18 points for New Orleans.
Hawks 97, Raptors 93
ATLANTA -- Joe Johnson scored 27 points and Tyronn Lue hit an 18-foot fadeaway with 30 seconds remaining to help Atlanta snap a four-game losing streak. T.J. Ford scored 19 of his season-high 25 points in the fourth quarter, but the Toronto guard fouled out after missing a layup with 17 seconds remaining. The Raptors lost for the seventh time in eight games.
Knicks 101, Celtics 77
BOSTON -- Steve Francis scored 22 points, Eddy Curry added 21 points and 10 rebounds, and New York beat Boston to snap a three-game losing streak. Jazz 114, Lakers 108
SALT LAKE CITY -- Deron Williams scored 11 of his 15 points in the fourth quarter and Utah won its eighth straight. Carlos Boozer had 31 points and 12 rebounds and Andrei Kirilenko blocked five shots in his first game back after missing five with a sprained ankle. Utah closed the game on a 7-1 run, with Boozer punctuating it by grabbing an offensive rebound and putting it back in with 8.7 seconds left to put it out of reach. Kobe Bryant scored 27 points and Lamar Odom finished with 26 for the Lakers, who had won four in a row.
Grizzlies 95, Wizards 80
MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Hakim Warrick scored 18 points to lead Memphis over Washington, the Wizards' seventh straight road loss. Caron Butler scored 22 points for the Wizards but got little help from Gilbert Arenas, who scored only three and was 1-for-12 from the field. Arenas, who came in fourth in the NBA in scoring, got his only basket on a dunk with six minutes left in the game. Memphis got 15 points from Chucky Atkins, and 14 points each from Dahntay Jones and Mike Miller.
Pistons 104, Bobcats 95
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Richard Hamilton scored 26 points and reserve guard Carlos Delfino fueled a fourth-quarter surge to lead Detroit.
