It was unavailable for review, but the two-hour program, taped last summer in London, has sparked interest over Madonna's performance of "Live to Tell," choreographed with her mounting a mirrored Crucifix wearing a crown of thorns. Religious groups protested NBC's initial decision to show the number. Then last month the network announced it would use alternate camera angles so that Madonna isn't viewed until after removing herself from the cross.
