REBECCA BOGGSDAVID HERNANDES II
YOUNGSTOWN -- Monsignor Michael Cariglio officiated at the wedding of Rebecca Boggs and David Hernandes II on Oct. 14 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
The ceremony took place at 2:30 p.m., and later that day a reception was held in honor of the couple at McMenamy's in Niles.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph R. Boggs of Canfield are parents of the bride, who is a manager at Aeropostale in Niles.
The groom, a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 33 in Boardman, is a son of David Hernandes of Hartford and a stepson of Glen Sharpnack of Liberty. His mother, Carol Sue Sharpnack, is deceased.
The bride wore a strapless ivory A-line gown adorned with silver and crystals and designed with a split front.
Taupe-colored gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Callie Panozzo of Hubbard, and the bridesmaids, Stephanie Bova of Liberty and Tracy Boggs of Austintown, the bride's cousins, and Michelle Commarata of Columbus. Flower girl was Antoinette Commarata of Columbus.
Performing the duties of best man was Michael Commarata of Columbus, and serving as groomsmen were James Panozzo of Hubbard, the bride's brother-in-law; Mike Bova of Liberty; and Steve Bianco of Cortland. Ring bearer was the bride's nephew, Dominic Panozzo of Hubbard.
The couple live in Masury.
