KRISTEN HAHNWILLIAM HANKEY
AUSTINTOWN -- A reception was held at Ciminero's Banquet Centre in Niles to honor William Jonathan Hankey of Youngstown and his bride, the former Kristen Ann Hahn of Poland, after their wedding at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 6 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
The Rev. Stephen Popovich officiated for the daughter of Shirley Hahn of Austintown and the son of William Hankey of Youngstown and Kathryn Miles of Hubbard.
After accepting congratulations, the couple left on a wedding trip to Riviera Maya in Mexico. They live in Poland.
The bride's off-white satin gown was designed with a lace bodice adorned with pearls and Swarovski crystals, and featured three-quarter length sleeves, a draped waistline and an A-line skirt that flowed into a chapel train.
Chocolate-brown gowns were worn by Allison Congemi, the honor attendant; the bridesmaids, Pam Berardi, Deon Vrable, Melanie Reger and Elizabeth Carbon; and the junior bridesmaid, Mallory Nims. Flower girls were Emerson and Riley Berardi.
Jim Osso III was best man, and groomsmen were John Congemi, Tom Hankey, Bob Kanos and Tony Berardi. Junior groomsman was J.P. Osso, and ring bearer was Aiden Hankey.
Mrs. Hankey attended Youngstown State University and is a self-employed household manager in Poland.
Mr. Hankey is a mechanical carman with CSX Transportation in Marysville.
