TAHNEE HARRISSHAWN HALL SR.
XYOUNGSTOWN -- The exchange of nuptial vows took place April 29 as Tahnee M. Harris and Shawn D. Hall Sr., both of 60 S. Lakeview Ave., were united in marriage during a 4 p.m. ceremony at Trinity United Methodist Church.
The Rev. D. Larry Kline officiated for the daughter of Linda Harris, 848 Lansdowne Blvd., and Chauncey Harris of Youngstown, and the son of Greg Patterson and Denise Haddin, 1652 Denison Drive, Warren.
After a reception at Aulizio's Banquet Center in Warren, the couple left on a wedding trip to Niagara Falls.
The bride's strapless ivory gown was enhanced with crystal and pink pearl beading and featured a full bustled skirt and train.
A pink and brown gown was worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Domonique Collins. The bridesmaids, Tynetta Code, a sister of the groom; Mya Barcley and Nicole Durden, cousins of the bride; and Carmen Jones, wore champagne and brown gowns. Skylar Barcley, the bride's cousin, was flower girl.
The groom's father served as best man, and groomsmen were Christopher Collins, the bride's brother; Randall Patterson, the groom's uncle; Kevin Code, his brother-in-law; and Artel Hooks. Ring bearer was Deondre Patterson, the groom's brother.
The bride, a service associate with First Place Bank, attended Youngstown State University. The groom served five years with the U.S. Army, including two tours of duty in Kuwait and Iraq. He is a laborer with Phillips Manufacturing in Niles.
