XNORTH LIMA -- The engagement of Kendal Renee Lean, 145 Granville Drive, Washington, N.C., and Kyle Matthew Hayden, 6562 Fire Department Road, Williamston, N.C., is being announced by the parents of the bride-elect, Gayle Lean of Boardman and Kevin Lean of North Lima.
James and Georgia Hayden of Airport Road, Suffolk, Va., are parents of the future groom.
Miss Lean graduated from Roanoke Bible College in Elizabeth City, N.C., with an associate degree in Bible and also holds a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license.
Mr. Hayden, a youth minister with Maple Grove Christian Church in Jamesville, N.C., graduated from Roanoke Bible College with a bachelor's degree in Bible and theology.
The couple will extend invitations for the wedding they have planned for 6 p.m. Aug. 12 at Talbert Family Farm in New Windsor, Md., and for their reception afterward.
