Identity fraud: A woman from the 500 block of Greenmont Street reported that someone used her debit card at a clothing store in Brooklyn, N.Y., to make a $1,290 purchase.
June 21
Drug paraphernalia: A 25-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police found a pipe containing marijuana residue during an arrest at Kirk Road and South Broad Street.
Marijuana: A 27-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested on charges of drug abuse of marijuana and possession of marijuana cigarettes at an office on Lisbon Street.

Tree damage: A vehicle was damaged when a tree fell on it in the 200 block of Cross Street during a storm.

Drug charges: Police arrested a 24-year-old Beloit man on charges of drug abuse, obtaining and possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia on West Main Street.

Drug abuse, marijuana: A 33-year-old man was arrested on charges of drug abuse of marijuana, obtaining, possessing and concealing, at Village Boulevard and North Broad Street after police found a marijuana cigarette on him.
Drug charges: A pack of rolling papers and a bag of marijuana were found on an 18-year-old Greenville, Pa., man who was a passenger in a car stopped by police at East Main Street and Elizabeth Place. The man was arrested on charges of drug abuse of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug abuse: Police arrested a Parker, Pa., woman for possession of Clonopin pills, and a man from Parker, Pa., on charges of drug abuse, drug paraphernalia when they found four packs of rolling papers and bags of marijuana.
