Has 3.99 grade point average out of 4.0 majoring in molecular biology.
Helped Grove City to win five Presidents' Athletic Conference championships in both track and cross country combined.
Named to the College Division Academic All-American third team for track and cross country by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and ESPN The Magazine.
Won the Naegele Award as the junior biology major with the highest academic achievement.
Placed fourth overall at the PAC Cross Country Championships in 2005 to help the Wolverines win their third straight PAC title
Selected to the 2005 All-PAC Cross Country first team.
Placed third in the 5,000- and fifth in the 10,000-meter runs this spring to help Grove City win its second straight PAC track crown.
Presidential Scholarship recipient and inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa and Mortar Board honorary societies as well as the Beta Beta Beta biology honorary.
Serves as president of Grove City's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and is secretary of the conference's SAAC.
President of the College's chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and treasurer of the Grove City Environmental Club.
