"Supernatural" (9 p.m., the WB): If you missed "Supernatural" during the regular season, now is a good time to catch one of the few TV series that delivers the heebie-jeebies on a consistent basis. In tonight's episode, Sam has a premonition in which a man is killed.
"Who Wants to be a Superhero?" (9 p.m., Sci Fi): Some of us yearn to be American idols, or the next top model, or the last comic standing. But why settle for those measly titles when you can be a larger-than-life superhero? In what promises to be a wild, wacky and utterly weird reality TV production, a group of earnest wannabes don costumes and fictional personas of their own creation in order to prove themselves worthy of the honor. Over the show's six-episode run, they'll have their imagination and derring-do mettle tested in a series of challenges as comic-book icon Stan Lee ("Spider-Man," the "Hulk," the "Fantastic Four") evaluates the field. The eventual winner will have his or her character immortalized in a comic book and television movie.
"A Note of Triumph: The Golden Age of Norman Corwin" (7 p.m., Cinemax): A May 8, 1945, radio broadcast that changed the face of modern radio is examined in this award-winning documentary.
