A Mahoning County grand jury has secretly indicted a man on three counts of trafficking in drugs, two counts of possession of drugs and a forfeiture specification. The grand jury also indicted these people Thursday:
Robin Briggs, 18, East Judson Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Loretta Gilmore, 48, East Ravenwood Drive, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Kenneth D. Maguire, 36, North Main Street, Youngstown; theft.
Melissa A. Alguire, 25, Thornton Street, Youngstown; forgery, two counts.
Joshua J. Hunt, 22, West South Range Road, Columbiana; failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.
Marquese Floyd, 22, Atkinson Avenue; improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Donald L. Goard, 42, Lansdowne Boulevard, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Frank R. Howley Jr., 25, Duck Creek Road, North Jackson; possession of cocaine.
Floyd Henderson, 50, West Evergreen Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering; possessing criminal tools.
Keith Barkley, 44, Lisbon Street, Leetonia; possession of cocaine.
