A Columbiana County grand jury indicted these people Friday:
Micah J. Rardon, 22, of Blossom Road, Mechanicstown, theft.
Scott Wallen, 46, of Mill Street, Salineville, burglary.
Norman L. Shields, 35, of Frederick-Clarkson Road, Negley, domestic violence and failure of a sexually oriented offender to verify his current residence.
Kristina M. Mattern, 22, of Washington Street, Salineville, theft.
Tommy L. Hart, 19, of Washington Street, Lisbon, burglary, receiving stolen property, violating a protection order and aggravated menacing.
Michael A. Smith, 43, of Johnson Place, Wellsville, domestic violence.
Russell A. Slagle, 19, of Spillway Road, Lisbon, burglary.
Bryan W. White, 40, of Washington Street, East Palestine, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Debra A. Long, 39, of Scott Drive, Alliance, theft.
Glen L. McMillin Jr., 26, of state Route 7, Rogers, escape, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, possession of drugs.
