MICHELE CHICONEKEVIN O'LEARY JR.
XYOUNGSTOWN -- Michele Marie Chicone, 824 Texas Ave., McDonald, and Kevin Joseph O'Leary Jr., 716 Glacier Heights Road, were married at 2 p.m. Dec. 17 at St. Columba Cathedral . The Revs. John Keehner and Daniel Kulesa officiated.
After a reception at the Maronite Center, the couple left for a honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica. They live in Youngstown.
Their parents are Robert and Francine Chicone, of the McDonald address, and Kevin and Carol O'Leary, 409 Glacierview Drive.
The bride's beige strapless gown featured a full organza skirt and was enhanced with embroidery and beaded lace.
Chianti-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Carlye Westervelt and Kelli Chicone, and the bridesmaids, Kristilyn Trevelline, Kathleen Caputo, Stephanie Watson, Kim Miller, Lisa Demetruk, Laura Kalman and Brandi Goettsch.
Best man was Patrick O'Leary, and groomsmen were Matt Benson, Dan Celio, Duane Delahunt, John Demidovich, Kevin Flinn, Mike Kapics, Mike Kotheimer, Bill LoSasso, Hani Mahmood, Brock Massulo, Jason Nespeca, Matt Senvisky, Dennis Vari and Joe Woodall. Ushers were Trevor Westervelt and Mike Gresko.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a master's in elementary curriculum at Youngstown State University and is a teacher with McDonald Local Schools.
The groom is employed in pre-load with United Parcel Service in Girard. He earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and advertising at YSU.
