CRIME IN THE CITY: Youngstown Police Chief Jimmy Hughes hosts a citywide block watch meeting at the Chevrolet Centre downtown. About 80 people attended Monday night. The chief took questions from residents and talked about the police department's efforts to reduce crime in the neighborhoods.
