North Side shooting sends 3 to hospitals

YOUNGSTOWN -- Police are investigating a North Side shooting that sent one victim to St. Elizabeth Health Center and two others to Forum Health Northside Medical Center.
Police said a victim at St. Elizabeth was in critical condition after the shooting around 8 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Tod Avenue on the city's North Side.
Two others were treated at Northside and then questioned at the police department. Investigators from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation were assisting Youngstown detectives at the scene. Detectives were still working on reports at press time, and additional information was not available.
