MAHONING COUNTY
A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Christopher Kramer on a charge of burglary. The jury did indict the following people, according to a report issued Thursday:
Kenneth Kimbrough, 24, Rush Boulevard, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Raymond Patterson, 27, East Montrose Street, Youngstown; burglary.
Moira A. Robertson, 33, Briarwood Court, Canfield; theft.
Shawn L. Paulin, 26, state Route 170, East Palestine; theft.
William Christian, 49, Stacey Street, Youngstown; illegal possession of a weapon or weapons.
OIiver Hargrove, 38, East Indianola Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in marijuana with forfeiture specification.
Aaron Jones, 33, Samuel Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated burglary (two counts), aggravated robbery, felonious assault with firearm specification.
William Triplett, 65, Beachwood Drive, Youngstown; assault (two counts).
Jesus Rodriguez, 38, Detroit Avenue, Youngstown; possession of heroin.
Kenneth Rager, 28, South Osborn Avenue, Youngstown; violation of protection order.
Kevin Moore, 40, Broadway Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault with firearm specification, illegal possession of a weapon or weapons.
Douglas M. Kellish, 41, Poland Avenue, Struthers; possession of cocaine.
Blain R. Conner, 18, Smith-Stewart Road, Vienna; receiving stolen property.
Cary Clinkscale, 36, Linwood Avenue, Youngstown; possession of heroin.
Robert R. Carfolo Jr., 24, Ridgelawn Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated robbery.
Terry A. Gray, 20, Detroit Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault, domestic violence, assault, menacing by stalking.
The grand jury also issued four secret indictments -- all for drug offenses. The names of those secretly indicted aren't released until after they are arrested.
COLUMBIANA COUNTY
A Columbiana County grand jury recently issued these indictments:
Nashone D. Howard, 34, of Chicago; possession of drugs with a forfeiture of money specification.
Patrick A. Burnett, 26, of Main Street, Leetonia; possession of drugs.
Melissa S. Wilkinson, 21, of state Route 39, Wellsville; theft.
Dana Thorton, 41, of Johnson Place, Wellsville; assault.
Timothy L. Phillis, 25, of Ambrose Avenue, East Liverpool; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Travis T. Sadler, 30, of East Third Street, Salem; domestic violence and intimidation of a witness.
