YOUNGSTOWN -- Two men were arrested when police checked out complaints that patrons of a Market Street bar sit in their vehicles to do drugs, fight in parking lots and discharge firearms.
Police charged Tommy Hilson, 22, of Jacobs Road, Hubbard, with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana. James Hendrix, 23, of East Ravenwood Avenue, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging him with driving under suspension.
Police saw the men around 12:30 a.m. Sunday, parked in a lot in the 2700 block of Market. Police said a loaded 9mm handgun was found under the seat, and the suspected marijuana was found in a jacket pocket.
