Monday's Best Bets on TV
"The Bachelor: Paris" (10 p.m., ABC): Dr. Stork gets thrust into the hot seat for the traditional "The Women Tell All" episode, in which the rejected bachelorettes vent their wrath. Surely we can expect to hear a lot from Allie G, the woman who threw a hissy fit in the series opener.
"SpongeBob SquarePants" (8 p.m., Nickelodeon): Soak up more delightful silliness with a new "SpongeBob SquarePants" episode. The adventure, titled "Lost in Time," is set in motion by a freak jousting accident at a medieval-themed restaurant. SpongeBob and Patrick the starfish, his best friend, find themselves in a historical version of their undersea home town, Bikini Bottom, where they are mistaken for great knights. The duo is then entrusted with the daunting task of saving King Krabs' lovely whale daughter, Princess Pearl, from the clutches of the evil wizard, Lord Plankton. If all this is over your head, you're overdue to get in the swim. SpongeBob also stars in a marathon of other hilarious hero-themed episodes from 4 to 8 p.m.
"Roanoke: The Lost Colony" (9 p.m., History Channel): In 1587, more than 100 English settlers arrived in the New World to establish a colony at Roanoke Island, in present-day North Carolina. Three years later, they had vanished without a trace -- and their disappearance has never been explained. Host Josh Bernstein climbs, canoes and paraglides around the area to search for evidence of America's first colonists.
"Outrageous and Contagious: Viral Videos" (10 p.m., Bravo): You've found them in your e-mail inbox. You've seen them, savored them. Then forwarded them to friends. You've wasted lots of time when you should have been working. Now Bravo has compiled comedic and weird videos heretofore found whizzing through cyberspace and downloaded to computer screens by the millions: Maybe college students singing along to the Backstreet Boys, or George W. Bush's inability to make a quick exit out of a Beijing press conference.
