MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Feb. 22: Beef tips and noodles, peas and pearl onions, confetti salad, regular or unsweetened mandarin oranges and milk.
Thursday, Feb. 23: Sloppy joe on a bun, O'Brien potatoes, health salad, birthday cake (unsweetened peaches available) and milk.
Friday, Feb. 24: Tuna-noodle casserole, diced carrots, layered salad, roll with margarine, regular or diet fruit mix and milk.
Saturday, Feb. 25: Roast beef on a bun with barbecue sauce, three-bean salad with Italian dressing, orange, unsweetened chocolate pudding and milk.
Monday, Feb. 27: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, spinach with vinegar, bread with margarine, angel food cake with strawberries and milk.
Tuesday, Feb. 28: Pork cutlet with gravy, broccoli-rice casserole, coleslaw, dinner roll with margarine, regular or unsweetened fruited gelatin and milk.

Trumbull county
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
