INDICTMENTS | Mahoning County



A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict four people: Bernard Harrington and Christopher Turner on charges of theft, complicity and safecracking; Kimberly Stanley on a charge of drug abuse; and James Swearengen on a charge of trafficking in drugs. The grand jury did indict the following people, according to a report issued Thursday:
Jermaine Young, 29, Oak Street Extension, Youngstown; aggravated possession of drugs.
Kevin Harvey, 36, Hunter Avenue, Youngstown; vandalism, attempted theft.
Ricky W. Paige, 19, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated robbery with firearm specification.
Sandra L. Cunningham, 50, West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Damon Slocum, 25, Brooklyn Avenue, Youngstown; failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, illegal possession of a weapon or weapons.
Virgil Ballew, 49, Sittig Avenue, Hubbard; criminal trespass.
Trista Jean McAndrew, 37, Julian Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Antonio Hawthorne, 36, Holly Drive, Girard; receiving stolen property.
Angel Mendez, 24, Brockway Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated burglary, domestic violence.
Ronald Lamar Pugh, 21, East Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Lamont Blair, 41, Emery Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Matthew M. Klingerman, 19, Steel Street, Youngstown; receiving stolen property (three counts).
Steve DiRenzo, 34, and Anthony DiRenzo, 38, Richland Avenue, Youngstown; failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, receiving stolen property (three counts).
Richard J. Stiles, 29, Fairview Road, Austintown, and Eric R. Stanley, 24, state Route 46, Austintown; receiving stolen property.
John M. Long, 46, Mill Road, Lake Milton; domestic violence.
Angie L. Dixon, 30, Austin Street, Youngstown; theft.
Domanice L. Prieto, 20, Fess Avenue, Akron; receiving stolen property (three counts).
Philip J. Howells, 48, Hermosa Drive, Youngstown; possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications.
The grand jury also issued one secret indictment for three counts of possession of drugs and one count of illegal possession of a weapon or weapons.
