NEW COMMISSIONER: Judge Donald R. Ford, left, of the 11th District Court of Appeals, administers the oath of office to Frank Fuda of Niles, who was elected a Trumbull County commissioner in November. Between the two at Wednesday's ceremony in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court is Fuda's wife, Darlene. Fuda takes his commissioner's seat in January.
