Show on WFMJ targets campaign on drunken driving

YOUNGSTOWN -- Sunday's "Community Connection" show will look at Operation Roadblock, a community campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of drunken driving.
Members of the Mahoning OVI Task Force will join host Madonna Pinkard to discuss sobriety checkpoint results and encourage safe behavior on New Year's Eve.
Pinkard will also talk to Pastor Chris Gilkey of Victory Christian Centers about their youth New Year's Eve event and other crime-reducing programs.
"Community Connection" airs at 6:30 a.m. on WFMJ Channel 21, and is rebroadcast on Time Warner Cable Trumbull Community Access Channel 15 Wednesday at 7 p.m.
