HANDS-ON FUN: Joselyn Warga, 4, daughter of James and Kelly Warga of Girard, and Zackary Canada, 4, son of Michael and Lori Canada of McDonald, play with puppets in the children's section at Girard Free Library, East Prospect Street, which offers a number of children's programs. The children were at the library Wednesday.
