The effect of raising Ohio's minimum wage is expected to vary by region:
MOST AFFECTED
20 percent of workers in Muskingum, Perry, Morgan, Noble, Monroe, Hocking, Athens, Washington, Vinton, Jackson, Meigs, Gallia and Lawrence counties.
19 percent of workers in Tuscarawas, Harrison, Jefferson, Guernsey and Belmont counties.
17 percent of workers in the city of Cleveland.
LESS THAN 10%
Butler and Warren counties, north of Cincinnati.
Western Cuyahoga County, not including Cleveland.
Franklin County, not including Columbus.
