NORFOLK, Va. -- Candace Parker had 32 points and 10 rebounds and No. 5 Tennessee overcame a stiff defensive test from longtime rival Old Dominion on Friday, beating the Lady Monarchs for the 11th consecutive time, 75-59.
Parker, who made history in Norfolk last season when she dunked twice in an NCAA tournament game against Army, entered the game with three dunks this season, but was booed by the crowd when she passed on a chance for another one late in the first half.
Tennessee (11-1) won its fourth in a row since a 13-point loss at second-ranked North Carolina on Dec. 3. It improved to 31-9 in its history against Old Dominion.
Sherida Triggs led the Lady Monarchs (3-7) with 13 points.

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Emily Westerberg scored 20 points to lead No. 10 Arizona State to its seventh straight victory.
Danielle Orsillo added 17 points, Jill Noe had 16 points and five rebounds for the Sun Devils (11-1) in the Pac-10 opener for both teams. Joy Hollingsworth and Amina Njonkou each had 14 points for the Wildcats (6-7).

LOS ANGELES -- Jillian Harmon had 14 points and three steals, Brooke Smith added 13 points, and Stanford withstood a comeback to beat UCLA.
J.J. Hones and reserve Jayne Appel added 11 points apiece for the Cardinal (7-3, 2-0). Noelle Quinn led UCLA (7-7, 1-1) with 18 points and eight rebounds.

LOS ANGELES -- Ashley Walker had 17 points and 13 rebounds, and California took advantage of its opportunities at the foul line.
Devanei Hampton added 13 points for the Golden Bears (9-2, 1-1 Pac-10), who made 22 of 31 free throws. Eshaya Murphy led the Trojans (6-6, 0-2) with 17 points.

LOS ANGELES -- Mia Johnson had 19 points, six rebounds and four assists, and Michigan State survived Cal State Northridge's upset bid.
Rene Haynes scored 16 points, and Allyssa DeHaan had 12 points, 18 rebounds and three blocked shots for the Spartans (9-2). Ofa Tulikihihifo had 23 points and eight rebounds for Northridge (3-9).
