Jamaal Tinsley scored 22 points and Jermaine O'Neal added 11 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks for the Pacers despite battling the flu. The Pacers had won two in a row and four of five. They took a one-point lead into the fourth quarter, but shot 5-for-20 in the final period and finished with their lowest point total of the season. Minnesota won despite shooting 39 percent from the field and having just two players score in double figures. Indiana shot 75 percent in the first quarter, but 39 percent for the game.

Alonzo Mourning had 14 points and Udonis Haslem added 13 points and 10 rebounds for the defending NBA champion Heat, who got back to .500 at home (7-7) and tuned up for their Christmas Day showdown against Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers by holding the Warriors to 37 percent shooting.
76ers 98, Knicks 77
PHILADELPHIA -- Andre Iguodala scored 20 points and Andre Miller added nine points and 11 assists in his Philadelphia debut. Iguodala's performance came one night after he scored a career-high 31 points in a victory at Boston, ending the Sixers' 12-game losing streak. Chris Webber had 18 points, Kyle Korver contributed 16, and Samuel Dalembert had 11 for the Sixers (7-19), who open a seven-game road trip Tuesday at Golden State. Jamal Crawford scored 21 points for New York, which had its three-game winning streak snapped.
Pistons 108, Hawks 81
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Nazr Mohammed had 19 points and 10 rebounds to help Detroit. Atlanta was missing five players due to injury, including four of its six leading scorers. The Hawks only dressed 10 players, two short of the maximum, and lost their fourth in a row. Mohammed's first double-double as a Piston was more than enough for Detroit's fourth straight win. Richard Hamilton and Tayshaun Prince each scored 16.
