EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Kobe Bryant had 21 points, a season-high 11 assists and combined with Jordan Farmar had five points and two assists in the final period. Vince Carter had 33 points, Jason Kidd added 16 points and nine assists and Richard Jefferson had 18 points for New Jersey. Nets center Nenad Krstic also injured his left knee midway through the third quarter and had to be helped off the court.
Bobcats 101, Jazz 89
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Emeka Okafor had 21 points and Matt Carroll scored all 16 of his points in the fourth quarter to prevent Utah from pulling off another dramatic comeback. Okafor also had 10 rebounds, Raymond Felton added 18 points and 12 assists and Primoz Brezec had 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Bobcats. Carlos Boozer had 22 points and 14 rebounds for the Jazz.
Warriors 117, Magic 108
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Baron Davis had 38 points and nine assists, Mike Dunleavy added 21 points and the Warriors picked up their second straight road win. Monta Ellis scored 18 points and Mickael Pietrus finished with 15 for Golden State, which is just 3-9 on the road this season. Trevor Ariza had a career-high 23 points and Grant Hill scored 21 for Orlando. Jameer Nelson finished with 21 points and seven assists. Davis converted a fastbreak layup to give Golden State a 100-93 lead with 5:07 left, but it was Dunleavy's two 3-pointers in the final 1:52 that secured the win.
Knicks 103, Bulls 92
NEW YORK -- Jamal Crawford scored 30 points, and the New York Knicks shook off their numbers problem again to secure their season-high third straight victory. Eddy Curry, also a former Bulls player, added 20 points as the Knicks won three in a row for the first time since April and snapped Chicago's five-game winning streak. Stephon Marbury scored 19 before walking off the floor to a loud ovation in the final minute. Still missing injured starters Steve Francis and Quentin Richardson along with the suspended Nate Robinson, Jared Jeffries and Mardy Collins, the Knicks used nine players after going with eight in their last two games, a pair of overtime victories over Utah and Charlotte. Ben Gordon scored 27 points for the Bulls, who had won 12 of 13.
Pacers 100, Hawks 90
ATLANTA -- Stephen Jackson scored 27 points and Al Harrington added 20 for Indiana. The two former Hawks led the Pacers to their fourth win in five games. Jermaine O'Neal added 16 points for Indiana. Joe Johnson had 31 points for Atlanta. The Hawks have lost three straight and seven of eight. Jackson scored 16 points in the first half to lead the Pacers to a 52-47 advantage. Johnson had 22 first-half points for the Hawks, whose only lead was at 2-0. Indiana built a 16-point lead at 100-84 with just over a minute to play.
76ers 98, Celtics 83
BOSTON -- Andre Iguodala scored a career-high 31 points and had nine assists to help Philadelphia beat the Celtics. Iguodala topped the career high of 27 points he hit twice in the previous five games as the Sixers adjusted to life without Iverson. Samuel Dalembert had 14 points and 12 rebounds for Philadelphia, who earned their first victory since beating Chicago on Nov. 24. Al Jefferson had 20 points and 14 rebounds and Gerald Green had 20 points and nine rebounds for Boston.
Mavericks 115, Clippers 83
DALLAS -- Dirk Nowitzki shook off an injured ankle from Dallas' previous game to contribute 20 points and 12 rebounds and the Mavericks extended their winning streak to six games. Josh Howard's 25 points paced the Mavericks, who also got a season-high 21 points from reserve Devean George. Jason Terry added 15 points for Dallas, including a four-point play in the second quarter. The Clippers, who were paced by Corey Maggette's 19 points and Elton Brand's 18, lost their sixth in a row. Chris Kaman added 11 points for the Clippers.
Bucks 113, Timberwolves 107
MINNEAPOLIS -- Mo Williams scored 16 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter to lift Milwaukee over Minnesota. Williams scored six straight points for the Bucks in the final two minutes, and Michael Redd sealed the victory with a jumper with 11.4 seconds to play. Redd scored 29 points on 11-of-25 shooting and Charlie Bell was one point off his career high with 28 points for the Bucks, who have won three in a row for the first time this season. Kevin Garnett had 24 points and 14 rebounds and Mike James scored 28 for the reeling Timberwolves, who have lost four in a row.
Hornets 100, Grizzlies 97, OT
OKLAHOMA CITY -- Desmond Mason scored the go-ahead basket in overtime and finished with 17 points and 12 rebounds to help New Orleans snap a four-game losing streak. Marc Jackson added 19 points for the Hornets, who rallied from a seven-point fourth-quarter deficit and a three-point overtime deficit. Pau Gasol led Memphis with 28 points, but played only two minutes in overtime and wasn't in the game in the final minute.
Rockets 97, Spurs 78
SAN ANTONIO -- Yao Ming scored 22 points as Houston won in San Antonio for the first time in over nine years. Bonzi Wells scored 15 points and Juwan Howard added 14 for the Rockets, whose last road win over the Spurs was a 103-94 decision on April 20, 1997. Rafer Alston added 12 points and Shane Battier had 10. San Antonio had won 17 straight home games against the Rockets. Manu Ginobili finished with 23 points for the Spurs, who finished with a season-low point total. Tony Parker followed with 21 and Tim Duncan had 14.
