Saturday, August 26, 2006 REGION Roadhouse for sale YOUNGSTOWN — The Brown Derby Roadhouse at 2537 South Ave. closed this week and is being offered for sale for $130,000.2 LAN Holdings Corp. of Cleveland, which owns the business and property, built a new Roadhouse restaurant in Niles a year ago and wants to focus its efforts on that restaurant, said David LoGiudice, who owns David Realty in Boardman and is listing the property. LAN Holdings bought the property in 1994 for $250,000 from Brown Derby, according to records on file with the Mahoning County auditor. LAN Holdings is a franchisee of Brown Derby. The restaurant, which was built in 1959, seats 200. The sale includes the parking lot and equipment in the building. From Vindicator staff and wire reports
