On the agenda will be finalizing plans for Heritage Day on Sept. 10 and a flea market on Sept. 30. Warren Women's Connection will hold a "Bank On It" luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 11 at Aulizio's Banquet Center, 4395 Youngstown Road. Tina Tupper, banker, will discuss changes in banking technology and banking tips for women. The speaker will be Rita Stewart, banker, who will present a secret to lasting wealth, and music will be by soloist Tia Ciferno.
