Welce-Boerio engagement is announced

Tuesday, August 22, 2006 COLUMBIANA — The engagement of Jodee Lynn Welce and Vincent Michael Boerio is being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Phillip and Rita Welce, 1525 Columbiana-Lisbon Road. The prospective groom is a son of Keith and Debbie Boerio, 1530 Medford Ave., Youngstown. Miss Welce is a graduate of Ohio Valley Business College with a degree in accounting and business management. She is a partner at Phil's Sales & Service, LLC. Her fiancé is employed as an IG window maker with Edge Seal Technologies Inc. in Austintown. The couple will be married at 3 p.m. Oct. 21 at First United Methodist Church. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for a reception that evening at the Youngstown Shrine Club in North Lima.
