ARONICA GAVINSCLIFTON MILLS JR.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Aronica S. Gavins and Clifton William Mills Jr., both of 2200 High St., Cuyahoga Falls, were married at 4 p.m. July 22 at Rising Star Baptist Church by the Rev. Vincent Davis.
After a reception at Willow Creek, Girard, the couple left on a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico. They live in Cuyahoga Falls.
Mr. and Mrs. Duane L. Harris Sr. of Ohio are parents of the bride, and the groom's parents are Clifton W. Mills Sr. of Ohio and Morrell Mills of Georgia.
The bride's white, two-piece, corset-style gown featured a laced-up back and chapel train and was enhanced with beading.
Wearing a violet gown was the honor attendant, Shaneathia Roberts. In lavender gowns were the bridesmaids, Angela Harris, Chiesa Pierce, Kia Singleton, Charron Hunter, LaDawn Queener, Chanelle Thornton and LaNeesha Dixon. Flower girl was Ranaysia Clark, and miniature bride was Briana Robinson.
Jhonny Pixley was best man, and groomsmen were Matt Abrams, Richard Martin, Chris London, Blakely McKelley, Shannon Kelly, William Bailey and Mark Freeman. Ring bearer was Andrell Lanier, and miniature groom was JaLoni Harris. Ushers were Shakir Perkins, William Turner, Adam Watters and Tyrone Hyshaw.
The bride, a shift supervisor at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Cuyahoga Falls, is majoring in respiratory care therapy at the University of Akron. The groom is majoring in business communications at the University of Akron and is a mechanical designer with GE Healthcare in Aurora.
