COLLEGES 2 are elected to board of trustees



WARREN -- Two Warren businessmen have been elected to the board of trustees of the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges.
E. Jeffrey Rossi has been affiliated with E.J. Rossi & amp; Co. of Youngstown, an insurance broker of health, life and retirement products, since 1978.
He holds a bachelor's degree in politics and a law degree as well as degrees in Chartered Life Underwriting and Chartered Financial Counseling.
Anthony J. Payiavlas is president of AVI Foodsystems Inc., a family -owned and operated business that is the largest independently owned and operated food service company in the United States.
He is on the board of directors of the Warren City Schools Foundation and is a trustee of Hellenic College Inc. in Massachusetts.
The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges is a nonprofit organization serving as the primary corporate and foundation solicitation organization for 35 independent Ohio colleges and universities, which enroll more than 97,000 students.
