COLORFUL WORK: Rich Kelly, a maintenance worker at Harding Park, Hubbard, paints posts. Kelly said Wednesday that 362 posts were installed along park roads last year, and recently the posts were painted -- green on the bottom and alternating red, white and blue on the top. Kelly said the posts were installed to prevent cars from driving on park grass areas.
