Mooney has won eight straight to start the season.
NEW WATERFORD -- The Crestview High volleyball team stretched its winning streak to seven matches as it turned back Wellsville 25-22, 25-23, 26-10 Tuesday in the Tri-County League.
The Rebels (7-0, 5-0 TCL) were sparked by Tricia Richards, who had 12 points, 17 kills, 15 digs, four blocks and two aces. Elyse Mongillo added nine points, 43 assists, three kills and an ace. Julia Roberts finished with six points, six kills, 12 digs, five blocks and an ace.
Jasmine Richardson led Wellsville (5-2, 4-1) with 11 kills and three blocks. Lindsey Koontz scored nine points, with two aces, four kills and three blocks.
JVs: Crestview 24-26, 25-9, 15-12.
Columbiana 25-25-25,Leetonia 8-15-13
LEETONIA -- Ellie Schmidt scored 14 points to pace the Clippers (3-4, 2-3 TCL). Paige Papania had nine kills; Jeni Fast had eight digs.
Miranda Baker led the Bears (1-5, 1-4) with five digs and Emily Goerig had four kills.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Dayna Daltorio had 18 serves, six aces, five kills and 16 points while Michelle Pelini had 11 points for the Cardinals (8-0). Sarah Pelini added nine points and Jacci Wyman had seven points and six kills for Mooney.

WARREN -- Antaya James had nine points and seven kills; Jasmyn Hopkins had six kills; and junior setter Emilie Wheland had four aces for Chaney (5-1, 4-0 Steel Valley Conference).

YOUNGSTOWN -- Danielle Pecchia had three spikes, Beverly Young had 13 serves and Rachel Coristin had five blocks for Youngstown Christian (2-2).
Canfield 25-25-25,Struthers 13-11-17
STRUTHERS -- Natasha Kassim led the Cardinals (4-4, 2-1 Metro Athletic Conference) with nine points and nine digs. Kate Haggerty had 22 assists.
Jenn McLaughlin led the Wildcats (2-6, 0-3) with nine digs and six kills. Dana Darga had eight assists and an ace.

Niles 14-8-24
NILES -- Katlyn Flick, Taylor Summerfield and Tara Rose led Howland (6-1, 1-0 MAC).
Flick had 13 kills, 10 points and five blocks, while Summerfield delivered 19 assists, 10 points and seven kills and Rose had 10 points and five kills.
For Niles, Christy Mickel had eight assists.

Salem 25-25-25,Poland 11-17-21
SALEM -- Brittany Gregory killed 14 balls to lead the Quakers (5-3, 3-0 MAC).
Sarah Brobeck added a pair of aces, nine kills and two blocks while Katie Winn had seven kills.
For the Bulldogs (2-3, 1-2), Doni Muranski had 10 kills.
Springfield 20-25-28-26,Jackson-Milton 25-20-27-25
NEW MIDDLETOWN -- Christy Warren scored 14 points and had 11 kills for the Tigers (5-4, 3-1 Inter-County League).
Nora McKelvey added 10 points, two aces, while Meghan McLaughlin had nine kills and four points and Brittney Schrieber had nine points, seven aces and a block.
Sebring 25-25-25,Lowellville 7-15-8
LOWELLVILLE -- Kayla Faudree had 15 points and five kills, Briana Jones 17 points, Tricia Eaton nine points and 10 assists and Ashley Amabeli seven blocks to pace Sebring.
Lowellville (1-7) was led by Rebecca Sturgis with six points and five assists, Casey Wilson seven assists, Carmella Ballone five digs and Rachel Mariotti four points.

Western Reserve 25-25-25-25, Mineral Ridge 27-21-21-18
MINERAL RIDGE -- Leta Lenhart had 24 points, 32 assists and six kills while Lainey Kecic had 23 points, seven digs and four blocks to lead Western Reserve (5-3, 3-3 ICL).
Rachael Hernan added 13 kills, 12 digs and two aces for the Blue Devils.
For Mineral Ridge (3-3, 1-2), Alex Ladd had 26 assists and nine points, Heather Reinhart nine points and four aces, and Abbey Kiger 18 kills.
