'Ask Trapper John' will visit Jennings



SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. -- Are critters eating more of your garden than you are? Does your dog have bad breath? Do you need a good wild game recipe with Thanksgiving on the way?
If you're looking for answers to these questions, then "Ask Trapper John" in person at Jennings Environmental Education Center at 2 p.m. Nov. 13.
"Trapper" John Columbo is the host of a weekly syndicated Saturday morning radio show called "Ask Trapper John." Each week he provides answers, advice and support on everything from ants to woodpeckers with recipes and cleaning tips thrown in, too.
He also is the author of "The Best of Trapper John," a culmination of his stories, advice and anecdotes. Come prepared with your toughest questions or most frustrating problems.
Jennings is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and on weekends as scheduled. The trails are open daily from sunrise to sunset for hiking and other environmentally related activities.
