Forum to address state Issues 2, 3, 4, 5

WARREN -- Trumbull County A. Philip Randolph Institute is conducting an issues forum at the Warren YWCA, 375 N. Park Ave. at 6 p.m. Friday. Proponents and opponents of state Issues 2-5 have been invited to address Trumbull County voters.
State Sen. Marc Dann of Liberty, D-32nd, will be speaking in favor of Issues 2, 3, 4 and 5. State Rep. Randy Law of Warren, R-64th, will give the opposing view. There will be a question-and-answer session.
