The 19-year-old Creamer, also a two-time winner on the LPGA Tour, beat Chieko Amanuma with a birdie on the first hole of a playoff. ... South Korea's Shi-hyun Ahn won the 2003 event in her LPGA Tour debut. She was 19. ... The Mizuno Classic is next week in Japan, followed by the Tournament of Champions in Mobile, Ala., and the season-ending ADT Championship in West Palm Beach, Fla.
