Mahoning County
A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Jason Gilmore on a charge of intimidation. The grand jury did indict the following people, according to a report issued Thursday:
Michelle Giuliani, 42, McArthur Drive, Youngstown; possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, forfeiture specification.
Brenton H. Jones, 21, Southern Boulevard, Youngstown; burglary, three counts.
Stephen L. Yeagley, 18, East Maryland Avenue, Sebring; receiving stolen property.
Edwin Miranda Jr., 32, Rhode Island Drive, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Christian S. Thomas, 33, Forest Ridge Court, Mineral Ridge; trafficking in cocaine, two counts; major drug offender specification; firearm specification; forfeiture specification.
James P. Kula, 41, Woodland Trace, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Antwon L. Lanier, 22, Kenneth Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated robbery, felonious assault, firearms specifications.
Leroy A. Lewis, 47, Park Avenue, Struthers; robbery.
Anthony Gonzalez, 20, Hawthorne Street, Struthers; unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Justin W. Baun, 24, Glen Park Road, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Laura M. Howard, 29, Hudson Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine, theft.
Ricky Duncan Jr., 24, Arlington Street, Youngstown; improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Marques L. Duvall, 18, Parkview Avenue; Youngstown and Douglas Anderson, 18, Parkview Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Jay Wollensack, 23, Patricia Drive, Girard; possession of cocaine.
Marvin Crenshaw, also known as Marvin Jones, 53, West Wood Street, Youngstown; robbery.
Timothy Hobbs, 46, Stewart Drive, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Thomas J. Baulo, 47, Melrose Avenue, Youngstown; complicity to trafficking in cocaine, two counts.
Charles D. Pilson, 36, East Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated robbery.
Matthew D. Pregi, 20, North Brockway, Youngstown; theft, possessing criminal tools.
Jonathan D. Thompson, 27, South Maryland Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine, forfeiture specification.
Deray Johnson, 18, West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Michael S. Terlecky, 50, Leffingwell Road, Canfield; possession of drugs, four counts.
The grand jury also issued four secret indictments, all against men for nonsupport of dependents. Two men have one charge each, one has two counts and one has five counts.
