IT'S OFFICIAL: A slew of city and state officials cut the ribbon at the official opening ceremony of the Youngstown Convocation Center. Several dignitaries spoke at Saturday's ceremony, including U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan of Niles, D-17th, and Youngstown Mayor George McKelvey.
