New view of Bosnia
Dayton Daily News: There was news out of Washington last week that Bosnian factions were coming together in a new way. Less widely noticed was that American factions were coming together in a new way, too.
Specifically, the Bush administration was finally dropping its arm's-length approach to Bosnia. It finally stopped treating Bosnia as Bill Clinton's baby.
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who has been praised by Dayton Peace Accords architect Richard Holbrooke since taking office, has reasserted the tradition of bipartisan foreign policy, at least in this realm
