"Deck the Halls." Holiday stories and craft-plastic stained glass ornament for ages 8 and under and beaded lace ornament for ages 9 and over at Boardman, 7 p.m. Dec. 5. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
"Third Annual Scavenger Hunt." Games and surprises for school-age children at Main Library, 7 p.m. Dec. 20.

"Something Special." Holiday stories and more fun for children ages 3-6 at Sebring, 10 a.m. Dec. 22.
"Come and Join the Fun." Stories and fun for children ages 3-6 at Austintown, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesdays; Boardman, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesdays; Canfield, 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays; and, Poland, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesdays.
TEENXTREME PROGRAMS
"Duct Tape Holiday Magic." Make the famous duct tape wallet for a friend or a family member. You can even make it as a to-me-from-me for grades 7-12 at Main Library, 4 p.m. Dec. 15.
"Holiday Music Challenge." Test your holiday music knowledge, and mae that tune for grades 7-12 at Boardman, 6:30 p.m. Dec. 13. Refreshments.
"Make a Gingerbread House." Chapters' pastry chef, Lynn Porch, will provide materials and instructions for making your own gingerbread house. For grades 7-12 at Austintown, 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6; and Poland, 4 p.m. Dec. 7.
"'Tis the Season." Guess the number of mints in our jar to be eligible for a prize for grades 7-12 at Canfield and Sebring, Dec. 1-31, during library hours.
"Got the Holiday Gift? We Have the Wrap." Make your own holiday gift wrap -- paper, stamps, stickers, etc. provided for grades 7-12 at East, South, and West, Dec. 12-17, during library hours.
"Winter Wire Wraps." Make your own wire-wrap jewelry or ornament. A perfect gift idea for grades 7-12 at Brownlee Woods, 6 p.m. Dec. 14; Campbell, 5 p.m. Dec. 6; and Struthers, 5 p.m. Dec. 5.
ADULT PROGRAMS
"Friends of the Poland Library Holiday Celebration." Holiday celebration in the meeting room of Poland Library on 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 17. Family fun, raffles, prizes and refreshments.
"Ho! Ho! Ho! How Much do you Know?" Holiday Trivia Contest -- pick up entry form at East, South or West after Dec. 1 and return it by Dec. 17.
"Lunch & amp; Learn at the Library: Music in the Library with the Dana School of Music." Beautiful music performed by the Dana School of Music, Main Library, noon-1 p.m. Dec. 13. Bring a brown bag lunch, coffee is provided.
"Red Cross Blood Drive." At Poland Library, 2-7 p.m. Dec. 14.
"Angee's Book Club for Adults." The Library has teamed up with WYTV-Channel 33 to bring you this adult book club. Selected authors will appear on WYTVspecials to talk about their works ... and you could be part of the discussion.
