XBOARDMAN -- Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tincher, 7109 Claybourne Ave., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Nov. 6 with family and friends at A La Cart Catering in Canfield.
Hosts for the event were their children and their spouses, Charles and Gabrielle Tincher of Goose Creek, S.C.; Pam and Gary Scitzs of Lewisburg, W.Va.; Keith and Jennifer Tincher of Canfield; and Kevin and Tracie Tincher of Youngstown. Seven grandchildren complete their family.
The former Helen Peacock and Mr. Tincher were united in marriage Nov. 30, 1955, in Cumberland, Md. They have been members of Evangel Baptist Church for 45 years.
Mrs. Tincher is a homemaker.
Mr. Tincher served in the U.S. Army as a staff sergeant. He was employed 32 years at L.T.V. Steel and worked 13 years at Austintown Middle School prior to retiring.
