REGINA MEZZAPESOADAM SCHACHT
XPOLAND -- Regina Maria Mezzapeso and Adam Joseph Schacht, 4590 Woodhurst Drive, were married during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony on Oct. 22 at Holy Family Parish.
The Rev. Christopher Luoni presided at the wedding, and the couple accepted congratulations at a reception held in their honor at the Byzantine Center at the Grove in Youngstown. After a Caribbean cruise, the couple live in Austintown
Parents of the bride are Stephen and Rose Marie Mezzapeso, 6608 Shawbutte St., and the groom is a son of Darrell and Bonnie Schacht, 2850 Lindale-Mt. Holly Road, Amelia.
The bride wore a strapless white A-line gown enhanced with beading.
Chocolate-brown gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Evon Slagle, and the bridesmaids, Kimberly Garrett, Tiffany Swindler, Laine Glass, Andrea Rhodes, Lindsay Orr, Natasha Ljiljak and Nichole Dripps.
The duties of best man were performed by Garrett Hassay, and groomsmen were George Garrett Jr., Robert Duritza, Matthew Schmide, Daniel Procopio, Frank Cavelli and the groom's brother, Gregory Schacht.
The bride, a server at Salvatore's Italian Grill in Austintown, is pursuing a degree in art education at Youngstown State University.
The groom is a bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings in Austintown. He is working toward a degree in biology at YSU.
