XYOUNGSTOWN -- The wedding of Elizabeth Rae Gillam and Steven Paul Gardner, both of Pittsburgh, took place Oct. 14 at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park.
Judge Timothy Maloney presided at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony, and the couple were honored during a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman. After a wedding trip to Salt Fork, the newlyweds live in Pittsburgh.
The bride, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William B. Davis, 880 Ewing Road, Boardman, and Mr. and Mrs. Russell W. Gillam Jr., 166 Wilson Ave., Struthers, and the groom, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gardner, 310 Shadydale, Canfield, graduated from Youngstown State University.
The bride's white satin strapless A-line gown was detailed with Swarovski crystals and featured a corset back and off-the-shoulder chiffon sleeves. Her headpiece was fashioned of Swarovski crystals and pearls.
Palomino colored gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Melissa Capple and Tammy Page, and the bridesmaids, Sara Kane; Jamie Smith; Casey Cox; Maura Maloney-DiDomenico; Julie Gardner, the groom's cousin; and Emily Vandersnick, the bride's niece.
Mark Calvaruso and Jeremy Jones shared the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Dom Venetti, Matt Dresic, Rich Bernacki, Mark Crissman, and the bride's brothers, Christopher Gillam and Russell W. Gillam III.
