City offices: Youngstown, Warren, Salem, closed. Niles, Sharon, New Castle, New Castle Courthouse, Newton Falls Municipal Court, closed Thanksgiving and Friday.
County offices: Mahoning, Columbiana, closed. Trumbull, Mercer, Lawrence, closed Thanksgiving and Friday.
All state offices: closed.
Federal offices: U.S. Post Office, Youngstown, Warren, district courts, closed; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, closed Thanksgiving and Friday.
Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, closed Wednesday, Thanksgiving and Friday. Sharon, New Castle, closed Thanksgiving, Friday, and Monday, Nov. 28. Youngstown Diocese, closed Thanksgiving and Friday.
Universities: Youngstown State, closed Thanksgiving and Friday. Kent State Trumbull, closed Thanksgiving, Friday and Saturday.
Western Reserve Transit Authority: No service.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning , closed; Warren-Trumbull, close at 6 p.m. Wednesday and closed Thanksgiving Day.
Stock market: Butler Wick & amp; Co., closed.
Banks: Bank One, Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, First Place Bank in Warren, Home Federal Savings & amp; Loan in Niles, Home Savings & amp; Loan, Key Bank, National City of Ohio, National City of Pennsylvania, Sky Bank, US Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area; closed.
Trash collection: Browning-Ferris Industries of Ohio-Youngstown District and Waste Management, Wolford's Refuse & amp; Recycling (Mahoning and Trumbull counties), and Warren City Environmental Services, closed, service delayed one day.
