A Mahoning County grand jury indicted Christopher Garrett, 17, Wychwood, Youngstown, on charges of murder, aggravated robbery and firearms specifications in the May 22 death of Eric Farmer; and Charles E. Lynch, 28, Chicago Avenue, Youngstown, on charges of murder, firearms specification, repeat violent offender specification and having weapons while under disability in the March 5 death of Martin Walker. The grand jury also indicted the following people, according to a report issued Thursday:
Jack W. Wilson, 51, North Evergreen Drive, White Cloud, Mich., driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Kenneth Scott Lupton, 43, Calla Road, Poland; driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Anthony Scott, 35, Rush Boulevard, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Charles Tensley Jr., 21, Magnolia Avenue, Youngstown; attempted burglary, having weapons while under disability, receiving stolen property.
James L. Rounds II, 22, East Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault.
Melissa Kadlubowski, 31, Spitler Road, Poland; theft.
Donald Sanders, 67, East South Range Road, New Springfield; felonious assault, two counts, with firearms specifications.
Otha James Page Jr., 35, Gluck Road, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Charles J. Tarantino, 47, South Osborne, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Benjamin Reynolds, 23, Bennington Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, possession of cocaine.
Kelvin Terry, 50, West Delason Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Robert Brown, 40, Newton Falls Road, Ravenna; interference with custody, two counts.
Noel Rios, 20, Lincoln Park Drive, Youngstown; domestic violence, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
David S. Hunt, 41, Cascade Drive, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Dino Cenneno, 44, East Indianola Avenue, Youngstown; menacing by stalking.
Thomas G. Baulo, 47, Melrose Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
The grand jury also issued three secret indictments -- one for one count of trafficking in drugs, one for three counts of trafficking in drugs and one for three counts of trafficking in cocaine.
