Steven Novak, 34, of Salem, told police he had been beaten by six large men from Youngstown at 1:18 a.m. Friday behind Ricky's English Pub, 151 E. State St.
Novak said he was beaten after he refused a ride home.
He refused medical treatment but authorities advised him to get checked at Salem Community Hospital.
Police arrested a 19-year-old man, an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy Friday afternoon in the beating of a Pizza Hut delivery driver Wednesday.
Kent Brewer, 24, of Beloit, was treated at Salem hospital for facial fractures after he was beaten at 8:49 p.m. Wednesday.
Brewer, a driver for Pizza Hut, went to the 200 block of West 13th Street to deliver an order. He pulled into a driveway to look for the address.
A man gestured to him from a nearby house then went to the back of the house. Brewer followed and three men in masks beat him. Brewer fled, leaving about $50 and the food.
The owner of the house was not home.
