CHICAGO -- Derrek Lee hit two homers for the second straight game and the fourth time this season, leading the injury-plagued Chicago Cubs to a 5-1 victory over the Colorado Rockies on Saturday.
Lee, the National League home run leader with 16, slugged a solo shot in the first and added a two-run homer in the Cubs' four-run sixth. Lee has 13 career multihomers games and he has accomplished the feat on consecutive days twice.
Aramis Ramirez added a two-run shot off Colorado starter Byung-Hyun Kim (0-4) in the sixth for the Cubs, who made several moves Saturday to their depleted pitching staff.
Chicago placed right-handed ace Mark Prior on the 15-day disabled list after an MRI revealed a compression fracture just above his right elbow. Prior was struck by a line drive in Friday's win over the Rockies.

Phillies 12, Braves 5
ATLANTA -- Jason Michaels homered and drove in a career-high five runs, and Pat Burrell had three RBIs in his return to the Philadelphia lineup as the Phillies extended their day-game success.
Burrell missed the Phillies' 5-1 win Friday night with a sore left wrist but went 2-for-4 despite having it heavily wrapped. Philadelphia is 13-7 in day games, matching Milwaukee for the most afternoon wins in the National League.
Placido Polanco had four hits, and added an RBI in a four-run fourth inning for the Phillies, who will go for the series sweep Sunday.
Philadelphia broke it open in the ninth inning on David Bell's two-run single off Adam Bernero, who walked the bases loaded, and Michaels' three-run homer against Matt Childers that made it 12-5.
Jon Lieber (6-4) gave up nine hits and five runs, four earned, in five innings but was backed by the Phillies' 16-hit attack. Philadelphia gave Lieber leads of 3-1 and 7-3 in the first four innings.
