kTHE RARE SIGHT of a bald eagle, like the one shown above -- piercing eyes, snowy head and tail, huge wingspan -- creates a hard-to-forget memory. But the sight is getting to be more common in Trumbull County, which ranks fifth statewide with six active nests .
