Health issues
YOUNGSTOWN -- Minority Health Month will have its kickoff luncheon 11:30 a.m. April 1.
Funded by the Ohio Commission on Minority Health, the event is also sponsored by Forum Health, associated neighborhood centers, Ebony Life Line, Humility of Mary Health Partners, Organizacion Civica y Cultural Hispana Americana, and United Methodist Community Center. Dr. Marti Echols, Ph.D., Forum Health corporate administrator of the Medical Education and Research Dept., is chairperson of the committee.
The kickoff luncheon is at Forum Health Western Reserve Care System Medical Education Center, 500 Gypsy Lane.
