POLICE CALLS
A summary of recent police activity in Hubbard:
HUBBARD
June 16
Arrest: A Hager Street man surrendered to police. He was wanted on an outstanding warrant charging him with theft.
Identity theft: A woman in the 600 block of West Liberty Street told officers her identity was used to remove money from her account at National City Bank.
June 18
Criminal damaging: A worker at Pocket Change Drive Thru, 845 N. Main St., found that someone threw a rock through a front window.
June 19
Theft: Someone called police to report seeing a man stealing a boy's bicycle in the 20 block of Henry Street.
Theft: An employee at a Shell True North station, 204 W. Liberty St., told police that drivers in two vehicles left without paying for gas. The amount of the theft was unavailable.
June 20
Theft: A Lowellville man reported items stolen from his car while he was in the 200 block of North Main Street.
Breaking and entering: A woman in the 100 block of Westview Avenue discovered a broken window on her vehicle and items missing.
June 21
Theft: A worker for the Hubbard Street Department, 820 N. Main St., reported the theft of two construction signs from a guard rail replacement project on Parkview Drive.
